Biography

I did my PhD at the Terrier Team within the Glasgow Information Retrieval Group, University of Glasgow, supervised by Professor Craig Macdonald and Professor Iadh Ounis. My research focuses on Information Retrieval, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning and Natural Language Processing. My expertise lies in developing innovative solutions for query understanding, document ranking, and semantic search.

My PhD thesis, titled “Neural Pseudo-Relevance Feedback Models for Information Retrieval”, can be found here.

My future research interest lies in: Retrieval Augmented Generation, Generative Information Retrieval etc.
